At Tacto Pro Clean, our goal is to provide reliable, high-quality cleaning services while maintaining fairness and transparency with our clients. These policies ensure smooth scheduling, clear expectations, and excellent customer experiences.
Scheduling & Appointments
• Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
• We offer flexible scheduling (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or one-time).
• Clients must ensure access to the property at the scheduled time.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.
• Same-day cancellations may result in a cancellation fee (up to 50% of the service).
• If we cannot access the property upon arrival, the service will be considered a no-show and subject to a fee.
Cleaning Services
• We provide professional equipment and cleaning supplies. Eco-friendly products are available upon
request.
• Standard cleaning covers common areas, bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and floors.
• Deep cleaning, inside appliances, windows, or specialty requests must be scheduled in advance and may require additional charges.
Payments
• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments (Zelle, CashApp, etc.).
• Late payments may result in additional charges.
Satisfaction Guarantee
• If you are not satisfied with any area we’ve cleaned, please contact us within 24 hours.
• We will return to re-clean the area at no additional cost.
• Refunds are not offered, but we will always work to resolve any concerns.
Health & Safety
• Our staff follows safety protocols and uses products responsibly.
• We cannot clean areas with hazardous conditions (mold, biohazards, infestations, etc.).
• Clients are encouraged to secure pets during service for safety.
Property & Liability
• Our team will treat your property with respect and care.
• Tacto Pro Clean is not responsible for items not secured properly (e.g., fragile décor, unsecured shelving).
• We carry liability coverage for accidents directly caused by our staff.
Policy Updates
• Tacto Pro Clean reserves the right to update or modify policies at any time.
• Clients will be informed of changes in advance.
